Reporting and Analytics
HR Teams analyse a vast amount of workforce information, such as recruitment statistics, turnover rate, workforce gender split, age profile. The workforce data captured on systems, such as eESS, learnPro, Turas Appraisal and Turas Learn allow the production of a large number of workforce reports. Information can be presented in a number of ways, such as a one off report, a regular scheduled report or via the creation of a bespoke workforce dashboard, where data is required on a more regular basis.
