Aim

As a Manager you are expected to constantly develop your team, both individually and as a group. Working during a pandemic with priorities shifting it is now more important than ever to ensure that your team feel supported, can work together and have the tools needed to develop themselves.

This session focuses on;

  • Working together as a team
  • Identifying learning needs and best practice
  • Career conversations

Our Management Development sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, there will be activities and the opportunity to discuss throughout our sessions. Therefore, we ask that when attending you keep your camera’s on, so that you can see who you are talking to and enjoy the full experience.
